Dublin

Buon Giorno tutti from Dublin Ireland. I just arrived and am typing quickly on a pay as you go internet connection.

I had a terrific cappuccino. I almost thought I was in Rome. It was strong and had great flavor.

I sat next to a lovely lady on the plane. Her name was Gretty and she was flying home to see her mother Grace who is dying of a brain tumor. They just found the tumor literally 2 weeks ago.

Gretty said Grace was milking cows and killing chickens just a few weeks ago.

Leaving for Italy

I am leaving for Italy early tomorrow morning, I fly into Dublin for 24 hours before departing Tuesday at 6:00am for Rome. It is a bittersweet trip. I have an appointment with the Notaio to sell our apartment.

The time has come for many reason some not my own to start my own pizzeria. On this trip I will spend a great deal of time in my friend’s kitchens and restaurants learning the Italian tricks of the trade. I will post daily pictures with short stories.
